Matcha AM is a family-run company built around a shared love for exceptional matcha.

Our story began with our founder’s time living in Asia, where he first discovered matcha and developed a genuine appreciation for its taste, tradition and ritual. What started as a personal connection grew into a desire to bring the kind of matcha we loved to more people.

Today, Matcha AM is a family business — with one generation passing its love of matcha to the next. We believe great matcha should be carefully sourced, thoughtfully made and enjoyed as part of everyday life.

That’s why we work with a single origin in Aichi, Japan, where our matcha is shade-grown, hand-picked and slowly stone-milled. No unnecessary blending. No shortcuts. Just carefully made ceremonial matcha from one place we trust.
