Matcha, without compromise.

Matcha AM was created with a simple idea: exceptional matcha should speak for itself.

From the beginning, we set out to source ceremonial grade matcha from a single origin in Aichi, Japan. Rather than blending teas from different regions, we chose a transparent approach—one region, one supply, and complete confidence in where every cup comes from.

Every batch is first harvest, hand picked, shade-grown before harvest, and slowly stone-milled into a vibrant green powder with a smooth finish. These traditional methods take more time, but they preserve the qualities that define exceptional ceremonial matcha.

We believe that quality comes from careful decisions, not unnecessary complexity. That's why our focus is on sourcing, craftsmanship, and consistency.
