Where is your matcha grown?

Our ceremonial matcha is sourced from the first harvest in Aichi, Japan, and carefully selected for its vibrant colour, smooth texture and rich umami.

Is it ceremonial grade?

Yes. Matcha AM offers premium ceremonial grade matcha crafted for daily enjoyment, with a naturally smooth and balanced flavour.

How should I prepare it?

Sift 2–3 g of matcha into a bowl, add 40–60 ml of water heated to 70–80°C and whisk in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.

Can I drink it with milk?

Absolutely. While traditionally enjoyed with water, Matcha AM also pairs beautifully with steamed milk for a smooth matcha latte.

How should I store it?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch tightly after each use to preserve freshness.

How many servings are in one pouch?

Each 40 g pouch provides approximately 20 servings when prepared using 2 g of matcha per cup.
